Coloured Translucent Vellum is a plastic-like paper in a rainbow of fashion colors. Selected sizes of envelopes 30# and matching text 30# are available. Acid, Lignin and Chlorine free. New are Metallic Translucents. 100% sulphite, neutral pH.
